Πλήθος πιστών, από την Άνω Μερά και τη Μύκονο, προσήλθε στο Καθολικό της Ιεράς Μονής Παναγίας Τουρλιανής, στην Άνω Μερά και συμμετείχε στην Ακολουθία του ιερού Ευχελαίου, που τελέσθηκε, από τον Αρχιμ. Αλέξιο, ως μέρος της πνευματικής προετοιμασίας για τα Χριστούγεννα.
